1. Refunds Before Project Initiation

A full refund is available only if no work has been started on your order.
If you request a refund before we begin processing your details or allocating a writer, we will refund the full amount paid, no questions asked.

2. No Refunds After First Draft Delivery

Once we’ve started working on your project and shared the first draft, no refund will be issued.
This is because our services involve manual effort, writing, customization, and professional judgment tailored to your career goals.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

We understand that rare, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, you may email us a refund request explaining your situation.
Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain solely at the discretion of ProResumePlus. Partial refunds, revisions, or service credits may be considered in such instances.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund under the conditions above, please write to us at info@proresumeplus.in within 7 days of payment.
We will respond within 25–30 business days after reviewing your request.

5. Service Credit Alternative (If Applicable)

If a refund isn’t possible due to policy restrictions, we may offer you service credit, valid for future use on any of our offerings (resume upgrades, cover letters, etc.).
