All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any pending orders.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and other gateways listed on our website.
Once a service is initiated, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials and content on the ProResumePlus website—including text, templates, visual assets, and branding—are the intellectual property of ProResumePlus.
Reproduction, reuse, or redistribution is not permitted without our written permission.

5. Client Content & Document Submission

You agree that all documents, text, and information submitted by you (e.g., old resumes, academic credentials, project details) are your own or shared with proper authorization.
You grant ProResumePlus the limited right to edit, format, and process this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested services.

6. Use of Data for Analytics and Marketing

By using our services, you grant us permission to:

  • Use anonymized or aggregate data (industry type, job level, skills, outcomes) for internal analysis and service improvement

  • Reference non-identifiable trends (e.g., “25 clients placed in FinTech”) for marketing or business insights

We do not sell or publish personal data without written consent.

7. Resume Sharing with Employers / Job Portals (Future Use Case)

To help clients access real job opportunities, you agree that your resume and documents may be shared—with or without direct notice—with:

  • Verified job listing platforms

  • Recruiters or HR networks

  • Employment marketplaces or partner databases

Personal contact information (e.g., phone number, email) will be shared only when required for genuine placement purposes or when you expressly opt-in.
In all other cases, we will anonymize, watermark, or present content in a secure format.

If at any point you wish to opt out of future sharing, you may write to us at support@proresumeplus.com, and we will remove your documents from any active distribution lists.
